· Have you noticed their behavior and attitude is being adopted by other team members?
· Do you sense an overall shift in team morale and motivation across the full team?
· Personally, do you notice how much their performance is affecting your mental and emotional state?
· Is it also affecting your workload level and how much is now on your plate to problem solve?
There are no hard and fast rules as to what measures need to be set in order to adjust their performance but hopefully these questions help you know how quickly you need to make adjustments.
And in the end only you can know how much it’s costing you and your team and what needs to happen moving forward.
